On Set holds your clients, rates, payments and expenses. That is sensitive information for your career, and we treat it that way: only you have access, we do not sell it, we show no ads and you can download or delete it whenever you want.

We know money is a delicate subject in this industry. That’s why On Set encrypts your rates, payments and expenses on your own device before saving them, and only your password opens them.

What data On Set stores
Only what the app needs to work:
- Your account: name, email, language and currencies. Nobody can see your password.
- What you enter: agencies, options, jobs, payments, expenses and notes.
- Minimal technical data: the days you used the app and errors, so we can fix them. Error logs are deleted automatically after 90 days.
We do not ask for sensitive data such as health, origin or religion, and we ask you not to put it in your notes.

They see nothing. On Set is a personal tool: it does not connect to your agency.
Anyone with your availability link
If you turn it on, they only see whether each day is free, on hold or booked. Never clients, amounts or notes.
Our team
The internal dashboard only shows aggregate numbers, such as how many accounts there are. Never your amounts, clients or notes.
How we protect your data

No ads and no data selling
We show no ads, use no analytics or advertising cookies and never sell or share your information. Website visits are counted anonymously, without cookies.
We do not use artificial intelligence on your data or build advertising profiles. On Set is funded by a simple subscription, not by your information.

Questions about your data
Can the On Set team see how much I earn?
No. Your amounts are encrypted on your device and only open with your password. No one at On Set can see them: not the team, not the internal panel. We only count one overall total for the whole community, in dollars and without names.
What happens to my amounts if I forget my password?
With your recovery code, which you create in Your account, you open them again with your new password. Without that code no one can open them, not even us: you keep all your jobs and agencies, but the amounts go back to 0. That’s why it’s worth creating the code and keeping it somewhere safe.
Can my agency see how much I earn?
No. On Set does not connect to your agency and nobody but you can see your amounts.
Do you sell my data or use it for advertising?
No. We do not sell or share data, show ads or use tracking cookies.
Do you use my data to train artificial intelligence?
No. We do not use artificial intelligence on your information.
What does someone with my availability link see?
Only a calendar with free, on hold and unavailable days. Never clients, amounts or notes. You can turn it off whenever you want.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. From Your account you download a file with everything you entered.
What happens if I delete my account?
Your profile and everything you entered are deleted immediately. It is permanent, so download a copy first.
Does On Set use cookies?
It only stores in your browser what is needed to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. No analytics or advertising cookies.
