Terms of use
This translation is provided for convenience. If there is any difference, the Spanish version prevails.
In short
- On Set is a tool to organize your work as a model. It isn't an agency, a bank or a tax advisor.
- The data you enter is yours, and you're responsible for it being correct.
- It's free today. If paid plans come, we'll tell you first and nothing is charged without your consent.
- You can leave anytime and delete your account.
1. Who provides the service
On Set (onsetmodels.com) is provided by:
- Owner: [COMPLETAR: full name]
- ID / tax number: [COMPLETAR: ID or CUIT]
- Address: [COMPLETAR: legal address]
- Email: info@onsetmodels.com
- Website: onsetmodels.com
By creating an account you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. What On Set is
On Set is a web tool for personal management and organization for models: it lets you record options, jobs, agencies, payments, commissions, expenses and your schedule, and see totals and indicators calculated from that information.
3. What On Set is not
On Set is not a talent agency, an employment intermediary, a financial institution, a payment processor or a tax, accounting or legal advisor. It takes no part in agreements between you and your agencies, bookers or clients. Calculations (commissions, net amounts, estimated payment dates, currency conversions with reference rates) are for guidance and depend on the data you enter. Always confirm your financial terms with the other party and ask a professional for tax or legal decisions.
4. Your account
- If you're a minor under the law of your country, you need the authorization of your parent or legal guardian. That person accepts these terms on your behalf and is responsible for the use of the account, including use from devices they gave you. Below your country's digital age of consent, the account must be created and managed by them.
- By accepting these terms to create your account you declare that, if you're a minor, you have that authorization. On Set doesn't verify ages: if the declaration is false, whoever made it is responsible, and we may delete the account.
- Sign-up details must be real. The account is personal: don't share it.
- Keep your password safe. If you think someone got into your account, change it and write to us.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use On Set for illegal activities, to store other people's data without need, to try to access other accounts or data, to overload or attack the service, or to copy or resell the app. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, telling you when possible.
6. Your data
What you enter is yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service, as explained in the Privacy policy. You can download your data and delete your account anytime from the app.
7. Public availability link
If you turn it on, anyone with the link can see whether a date in the next 90 days is free, has an option or is unavailable. It never shows clients, agencies, amounts or notes. You can turn it off or regenerate it anytime; the old link stops working immediately.
8. Price and referral program
On Set is free for now. If we launch paid plans in the future, we'll tell you in advance, you'll see the price before paying and you'll never be charged without expressly agreeing. Referral bonus months apply once paid plans exist, under the conditions we publish then.
9. Service availability
We work to keep On Set running, but there may be interruptions for maintenance, provider failures or other causes. We may improve, change or remove features. If we stop providing the service, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice so you can download your data.
10. Liability
On Set is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for decisions you make based on the app's calculations, for incorrectly entered data or for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits the rights your country's consumer law gives you that can't be waived.
11. Ending the relationship
You can stop using On Set and delete your account anytime from Your account. We may close accounts that break these terms.
12. Changes
If we change these terms, we update the date and version. If the change is important, we'll tell you first in the app or by email. If you don't agree, you can delete your account.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [COMPLETAR: country, for example Argentina]. If you're a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and can bring claims before its courts.
